About Me
Iaorana,

I am a passionate personal trainer, Strength & Conditioning coach and Sports and Performance Nutritionist. I was born in Tahiti, French Polynesia and have lived in Australia for 8 years.

I am always seeking self improvement as a trainer and athlete through study and training. I do thrive on competing in events such as bodybuilding and powerlifting.

I have worked with over a hundred clients ranging from their early 20's to clients over their 60's.
One of my greatest pride is making my clients stronger than they have ever thought they could be. This is achieved by being very picky with their lifting techniques, body position and targeting clients muscle imbalances.

As a Sports and Perfomance nutritionist, I am able to help clients with their body recomposition. May your goals be fat loss, muscle building or just general well being, you need to start by knowing what goes in your mouth and fuelling your body right. My job is to guide you and giving you the tools to succeed. However 80% should come from your will power to achieve those goals.
