Please respect the cancellation policy 24 hours before the agreed time. If you miss a visit, you will be charged a penalty for the missed procedure in the amount of 450 kr. If you are 20 minutes late for your appointment, the procedure will be automatically canceled and you will be charged a fine of 450 kr. Cancellation of a visit must occur no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
A penalty amount will also be charged for no-show/late cancellation.
